- Day 4: chest, deadlifts & intervals
- Day 5: global volume day

- A medicine ball
- Cardio equipment
Movement and equipment options are given, the above is the ideal. You can do this program without a Barbell, though weight variations for Dumbbells and Kettlebells would definitely be necessary.
