  • Day 4: chest, deadlifts & intervals
  • Day 5: global volume day

What you'll need:

  • Barbell
  • A medicine ball
  • Kettlebell(s)
  • Dumbbell(s)
  • Cardio equipment

Movement and equipment options are given, the above is the ideal. You can do this program without a Barbell, though weight variations for Dumbbells and Kettlebells would definitely be necessary.
