Just a quick note.
I love this program. As a life long lifter- I occasionally suffer from analysis paralysis.
I know my workout. In North Carolina- weather is fickle- so it’s not really offseason. I plan the 4 workouts over the week to get in some rounds.
The emphasis on grf and stability is already irking my buddies.
I feel as if I keep my swing longer in the round. Less slop towards the end- back nine stronger than front. Keep in mind I mostly walk ( I’m 50 and 6 feet 250)
Strength has never been an issue.
I keep my swing speed longer and the stability improvements have dramatically improve contact.
Also- knowing how to apply grf helps a great deal. Less forced power from the top of swing and more at bottom-
I know have a slight taste of “ easy power”
I could go on for more several paragraphs.
You have a great program. I do stuff I hate ( still working on a good lunge- but step ups and box jumps have a positive effect that i feel and my teaching pro sees- in mobilty and speed- funny how those are related.
